The output is a design package: physical and logical topology, IP address plan, VLAN and VRF strategy, routing policy, resiliency model, and a cutover runbook with rollback gates. Implementation is staged so that each phase is independently reversible.
I work vendor neutral. If your estate is Cisco, I build Cisco. If it is MikroTik, Aruba, FortiGate or a mixed reality, I build for that reality and document the seams.

Yes. Most engagements are brownfield. I assess what stays, what moves and what retires, and I say so plainly in the design review.

I do, with your team observing or driving. Every cutover has a written rollback gate at each step.
